At age seventeen, Tyler created and published his own music book series ty'SOLOS with the help and support of his mother Ann and piano teacher Susan Mander in 2006. The initial series was a hit with piano teachers and students alike, eventually leading to second volumes, tyDUETS, accompaniment tracks, and a season of touring throughout Canada as a guest composer and workshop clinician.
After fourteen years of selling the series, Tyler has decided to give his series away as a gift to music teachers and piano students everywhere! Feel free to print, share, and make as many copies as you need. Perform this music in your piano lessons, recitals, festivals, exams, etc. Hopefully the series encourages and inspires you to continue in your piano studies!
